 Though, in India begging is illegal in many states,  yet we find people near roads, railway station, market etc. where they ask for money as a beggar. We do disguise this profession but still we give them money , we do not want our fellow people of India begging for money, instead we want them to be independent and work to earn money. Well, there is a person named as Bharat Jain who chose this job as a beggar and now is the wealthiest beggarman in the world. Let us know about him.

Bharat Jain is from Mumbai, he was born in 1969 in Mumbai itself, he went to school but dropped out from there. His father was a shopkeeper, he run a stationary shop and his brother too take care of the shop. He was a teenager when he started begging on railway station at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and sometimes at Azad Maidan which is a sports ground just near the terminus. He starts from morning and begs for more than 10 -12 hours per day, he earns between 2000 - 3000 rupees per day which is around 75000 rupees per month. 

This he had been doing for more than forty years and now with that begged money he had built flats and bought shops which is rented out by him. He has two flats in the city, where one is 1bhk duplex flat in Parel and other is 2bhk flat in the main city. He rented out two shops ,one is of juice center and other is of stationary. Through rental shops only, he collects Rs.30000 per month, And, his 2bhk flat is of 1.2crore rupees. His net worth is 7.5 crores rupees, which is  $892113. That's why, he is called as the world's richest beggar. 

His family advised him not to beg , but he told that his passion is begging, he enjoys that, and no-one in his family does that. He is married and has two sons who are studying in Convent schools. He is known for his politeness and goodness. Well, in the capital city of India , it is really easy to make money just by begging , he chose this profession  , and he has done really good. This is just an interesting fact from India, that the world's richest beggarman is from the country. We may not feel proud of this , but this is just a profession chosen by someone. In Mumbai , there are legal acts for begging , the state does not allow this.
